Since 1991, I have worked with dental and medical practices to practice more efficiently, more profitably, and with lower stress. While change in the workplace can be difficult, my continued presence and influence helps practices implement the changes and see real results. If your practice is not statisfying you clincally, financially, or mentally, you need some guidance. I help doctors make a plan for the future -- what technology to invest in next, what marketing really works, is your staff compromised of the right people doing the best job they can. Whatever concerns you have, I will help you find the right solution. I do not charge a large fee upfront, but am paid a monthly fee plus travel expenses. Most of my clients have worked with me for years, but some clients hire me for a single issue. I work with clients all over the United States.
