Initiatives of Change (IofC) is a global movement of people who are changing the world for the better, starting with themselves. Active in over 60 countries, including the UK, we inspire, equip and connect people to address world needs. We are a spiritual-based movement of people who come from diverse backgrounds all with one aim - to build trust across the world's divides. Our vision is of a just, peaceful and sustainable world to which everyone, responding to the call of conscience, makes their unique contribution. In the UK, we focus on three areas - ethical leadership, trust building and sustainable living. Within each of these themes, we deliver training courses, events and programmes.
