In 1996 Barbara Macleod established Carealot Home Health Services Pty Ltd in Perth to take advantage of the growing trend towards home health care by providing a personalises, flexible, complete family support service in the comfort of home. Since then, the company has evolved into a leader in the provision of home care services to the senior communities in West Australian. Barbara attributes Carealot's ongoing success to a simple explanation for employee's to remember: "To treat each person with the same dignity, respect and love offered to a close friend or relative."
