We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing the next generation of America's leaders through service, education, and networking opportunities. With our Grassroots Initiatives, we mobilize high school, college students, and young professionals to initiate grassroots projects that generate awareness, solutions and action on pressing global and local issues. Through such involvement in community grassroots projects, they will be equipped with leadership skills and professional training to become effective servant leaders within a global society as well as social change agents in their own community. We also share inspiring stories of young leaders who are making a difference in the world using our website, Facebook, newsletter and Leaders of Tomorrow Magazine. The stories serve as a source of education, inspiration, and motivation for many young people and hope to foster innovative ideas and actions that will result in a long lasting impact on the world.
