InnoSportLab 's-Hertogenbosch is a Sports Lab focusses on innovation and testing for gymnastic sports.About the InnoSportLabThe InnoSportLab ‘s-Hertogenbosch - Innovation in Gymnastics is a sports innovation lab for Gymnastics (Artistic Gymnastics, Trampoline Jumping, Acrobatic Gymnastics). It was established on September 29th in 2010 by a joint venture of KNGU (National Association of Gymnastics), NOC*NSF (National Olympic Committee), InnoSportNL, Community of the City ‘s-Hertogenbosch and Flik-Flak Sports ClubSince the beginning of 2012 the lab has become an foundation.LocationThe InnoSportLab ‘s-Hertogenbosch is situated in the Flik-Flak halls in Den Bosch (‘s-Hertogenbosch) - the largest gymnastics training facility in Western Europa - on the second floor, 8 m away from the topsport training halls. The lab is shared together with other topsport supporting foundations CTO Eindhoven en Olympic Network Brabant. The KNGU has chosen - together with NOC*NSF and InnoSportNL - the location Den Bosch as their focal point for sports innovation. GoalsMain goals of the InnoSportLab ‘s-Hertogenbosch are:• to initiate, facilitate and execute innovation projects for gymnastics;• to become an optimal testing and measurement enviroment in training practice for gymnastics;• to provide technological and IT support in gymnastic training practice and in competition for gymnastics;• to serve as a national ‘breeding ground' for innovation in gymnastics;• to initiate and facilitate innovation meetings of knowledge-, business- and local authority parties concerned with elite sports and sports for all in gymnastics;• to contribute in general to the development of gymnastics.At the end of 2015 the lab is expected to be fully developed (target).StaffThe foundation operates with a small staff consisting of a Labmanager, Embedded scientist, Data-analist and a varying amount of project members working on different innovation projects.
