The maternity benefits of most companies are for 3 months which is 45 days before Delivery & 45 Days after having the baby, what is the option for a working mother wanting to resume work back after the baby turns 1.5 Months. 3. Step Up, Daycare facility takes babies as young as 1.5 months and have trained staff to handle babies with care. The ratio of care taker & below 1 year baby is 1:1 in the supervision of the Center head & Assistants.
