Transport BARKLEY Inc. offers cost-effective transportation and moving services to non-profit organizations and secondhand retailers that support marginalized populations within the Greater Montreal area.Transport BARKLEY Inc. also provides moving and delivery services from various distributors and distribution hubs to secondhand commercial outlets, as well as moving and delivery services for clients of those organizations.Established in 2014 by two factory workers, Lance Clarke and Barkley Cineus, Transport BARKLEY Inc. now has two 16' trucks on the road, six to seven days a week, with a driver and helper in each truck.Having received support by community organizations, Clarke and Cineus have made it their mission to provide their employees with the necessary training and support to help them advance both socially and economically. Depending on the season, Transport BARKLEY Inc. employs approximately 10 men at a time, between the ages of 17 and 50 years old. Transport BARKLEY Inc. employees generally come from low income, marginalized backgrounds. Transport BARKLEY Inc. works primarily with charitable institutions and non-profits because "we, like them, work to empower our employees, clients, and community, while establishing a sustainable institution."
