Since 1994 Harmony is servicing its clients in realizing their transformation needs. Our consultants in Belgium and the Netherlands are known for their ‘can do attitude’ and offer pragmatic solutions to our clients. Harmony’s Business Consultants provide solid business expertise to our clients in many business domains, ranging from banking and insurance to the public sector. They operate in the areas of management consulting, transformation management, business innovation, project and program management and business analysis. When business change becomes IT change, Harmony also excels in two specific fields of activities: Harmony’s Documisation branch takes the customer communication management or CCM a step further. We analyse the interaction between communication needs and business processes, adjust them when needed and manage your communication using state of the art tools. Harmony’s Warebuilding provides client-tailored software solutions for web based responsive business models. Harmony gathers all this expertise under one roof and can boast of an exceptional track record, covering a collection of distinguished companies. We know all the pitfalls and all the obstacles people face when confronted with change. We team up with your management and help them reach their goals. Like a lost frog that, when kissed, transforms into a determined prince.
