When asked their reason for being a Spotless of Utah cleanSPECIALIST, they each have a very specific "why". We have found that their "why" drives them to fulfill our customer's needs. Our 60+ cleanSPECIALISTS are assigned to only 1 or 2 locations so they can learn that building and be more efficient. They work hard every night providing their best for our clients. We love our cleanSPECIALISTS!2) We have a strong layer of management, we call them QA Managers, who oversee the training and development or our cleanSPECIALISTS. Our QA Managers are bright, hard working individuals who ensure that chemicals and equipment are being used properly to protect our customers buildings. They address customer concerns promptly and appropriately. They work side-by-side with our cleanSPECIALISTS solving problems and creating solutions. We love our QA Managers! 3) We are an independent company. We don't go out and low-ball bids just to sell them to our franchisees. When an issue arises in one of the locations we service, we solve it through better training and communication, not by passing the contract from one franchisee to the next.
