Founder and Director at International Institute for Facilitation and Change (IIFAC) - Jiutepec, Morelos, Mexico
Founded in 2002, the International Institute for Facilitation and Change (IIFAC) helps groups to be more effective, to strengthen their capacity to collaborate, solve conflicts and make good decisions. We are specialists in participatory processes, acknowledged for creating conditions that allow people to learn, think together and find solutions for the challenges they face. IIFAC's mission is to work with change-oriented groups in both the public and private sector, as well as with national and international networks, helping them to improve their capacity to collaborate and make good decisions. Located in Mexico, we work in both English and Spanish, all over the world.
