We guide nonprofits CEOs and Executive Directors through our Master Plan program to help them scale, diversify revenue streams, and become sustainable.The Impact Partners' Master Plan Program is an intensive engagement that takes nonprofits through strategic planning, vision casting, and program (re)development with a goal of expanding impact and income. Our program takes organizations from relying primarily on fundraising dollars to sustain their mission and helps them move towards financial sustainability.
