We now operate five offices in Dover, New Philadelphia, Newcomerstown, and Uhrichsville with almost 100 employees, who are proud to serve the financial needs of anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in Tuscarawas County. Dover-Phila FCU was established as a financial co-operative and is controlled by its members.
