Our membership studio has an assortment of easy-to-use Precor cardio machines with personal TVs, a complete line of weight machines, and a free weight area. Elm Street Fitness will help you develop a fitness program and train you to use the machines effectively. Health club membership entitles you to use of the studio, free classes, and reduced rates on personal training and premium classes. Personal fitness training is our specialty! Our personal trainers, who are recognized in the WASHINGTONIAN Magazine as " Trainers We Like," all have nationally recognized certifications; most have college degrees including exercise science degrees; and many have over 10 years of personal training experience.
