The Gyumri Technology Center has been established by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation, the RA Government and the World Bank. The mission of GTC is to turn Gyumri into a regional and international center of information technology by creating a developing environment for start-up companies. The center contributes to the creation of new local jobs and supports organizations' business ideas and contribution to sustainable development of the region.
