In 1978 Michael Smith Real Estate began operating and over nearly three decades became one of Sydney's leading agencies. Over many years the agency has successfully handled the sales of hundreds of development sites and projects. Understanding the need for a focused approach to Project Marketing, a separate specialist agency was established, providing a more skilled and knowledgeable team of consultants to assist our clients. Our immediate network is one team working collaboratively across 3 property agencies; Raine&Horne Projects; Raine&Horne Marrickville (Residential) and Raine&Horne Commercial South Sydney/Inner West. We have a total of 14 sales consultants and 7 property investment managers plus support staff whose primary focus is Sydney's City Fringe, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs & Southern Suburbs. Our team consists of a high percentage of senior staff who are very experience, well connected, highly skilled and extremely successful; the type of people you would want representing your project. Importantly our team work as a team, opening up listings on each project to every team member, presenting them will all the information required to sell the project to any prospect that they speak with or have on their personal database - This is a result of Raine&Horne Projects culture over many years and is not the case in all real estate agencies.
