He has always worked on keeping himself fit and surprisingly writing his own work out plans and spending time learning healthy eating habits from his mum both in the garden and in the kitchen.Kathryn has always been aware of her inner strength from an early age and being able to stay strong to her own believes when peer group pressure made itself felt. She has and still is very much aware of how foods make her feel to what is good for her and what is not.The model we use in the photos to show off our activewear is none other than our beautiful mum of 2 boys Kathryn, she believes that mum's need to feel beautiful on the inside as that always shows through.Where did the name come from, well the 3 loves of our lives. It is a combination of our 2 boys names Jayden and Lucas with our other strong belief in health and fitness. So JaycasFit was born.We are couple who believes that it is not just about the size of the body but what makes the spark shine from inside.
