The Training Room is an all-inclusive fitness, wellness, and training experience. We offer everything from open gym to personal training, and sport specific training. We also bring the best evidence based sports medicine practices together with our training to keep everyone healthy and moving forward.The Training Room employs both personal trainers and certified athletic trainers. Historically these two professions were often confused for each other, when they should have been working together.
