The SRAG has driven the establishment of the Social Recruitment Covenant, which will officially launch in Autumn 2024. We operate in 22 prisons to deliver high quality education services, helping prisoners to develop the skills they need to access work on release. We champion the recruitment of people from disadvantaged backgrounds, supporting and enabling them to bring out the best of their ability.
