Hunter Industrials has a strong heritage, with links back to the development of Pine-O-Cleen, Hunter Products and strong ties to the Big H Chemical Company. In October 1998 Hunter Industrials opened its doors. With only 3 sales representatives, 2 in despatch, 1 general manager and 1 in administration, it was a very small start-up company determined to grow and excel, by providing value to customers who wanted a supplier with a consultative approach, not just quality products. In the early part of 2000, Hunter Industrials focused on an OH&S value-add offering. This led to a dramatic uptake in clientele, looking for greater involvement from their suppliers. 2009 was a big year for Hunter Industrials as the company moved from a purely family owned business to a private company and re-entered the manufacturing industry, designing a custom engineered, environmentally favourable range (Huntergreen Range) to add to the standard traditional range (Hunter Red Range) of products. Hunter Industrials' growth has been significant, not only in terms of sales, but also in terms of staff, attracting the interest of many industry experienced individuals. Today Hunter Industrials focuses on environmental sustainability for both customers (through the Huntergreen program) and Hunter Industrials alike, building programs to ensure we are relevant well into the future. We are passionate about responsible corporate citizenship and continue to strive to minimise our impact on the environment. Hunter Industrials has become the market leader in chemical user training, whether the users are in kitchens, janitorial or maintenance. Our training programs are delivered by qualified trainers who provide succinct and valuable training, with documentation and training registers. This has helped our clients to improve results, reduce risk, implement genuine environmentally considerate cleaning programs and comply with OH&S laws.
