We are fully accredited and inspired to deliver a fully compliant installation of all aspects of Passive Fire Protection. We specialise in Firestopping, Boarding, Intumescent Paints, Wet Spray, Airsealing, Thermal Insulation Boarding and our recently opened Off-Site Coatings Facility is now fully operational. Further to that, our off-site protective coatings facility in Derbyshire is now fully operational, we designed and developed the facility with intumescent applications in mind and so created a fluidity process that allows for circa 100 tonnes of steel per week currently and this will increase to 200+ within 6 months. The design allows for a very fast turnaround of steelwork and so would not effect the programming of most projects. This omits protracting programs on site especially in the autumnal/winter/spring seasons, releases M&E, SFS, Building envelope, Flexi Walls, Grouting, Screeding and builders works much sooner in the program. It also reduces the impact on site in terms of solvent exposures, migration and drift etc We have managed to reduce the commercial impact also especially against that of which you buy at tender stage against that of which you end up paying due to extra work in masking, out of sequence, standing time due to climatic limitations etc Steel frames can be treated all or in part, for example we can treat the perimeters off site and the internal elements on site, or obviously treat the whole frame off site. All that needs to happen on site is a simple repair visit to the erection damage and the treatment of bolts on interfacing junctions all of which are localised so no impact to ongoing works.. We will carry out case studies based on projects we have completed recently so clients can peruse the costs against the spends on onsite options. Obviously the quality of the finish is improved in a controlled environment also so it seems like a no brainer on suitable projects..
