Buchwald emerged as an industry leader in 1977 when Don Buchwald founded the company with five associates. We have since grown into a bi-coastal force in the entertainment industry. In New York City, Buchwald is housed on six floors of our own office building in midtown, between Madison and Fifth Avenues. In Los Angeles, Buchwald occupies the 31st floor at 5900 Wilshire Boulevard, overlooking the heart of L.A. Buchwald is a full service talent agency. Our Commercial and Broadcast Departments in New York were the original cornerstones of the business, and continue to be recognized as highly influential in the marketplace. Today we proudly offer representation in all areas of the entertainment industry including our Film, Theater and Television department, our Literary department, our Television and Film Packaging departments, our Personal Appearances department, Branded Lifestyle department, our Syndication Arm (for radio, television and the internet), and our Emerging Talent department in New York.
