As a new government agency, Wellbeing SA has a long-term vision to create a balanced health and wellbeing system that supports improved physical, mental and social wellbeing for all South Australians. Wellbeing SA works across primary, secondary and tertiary prevention to lead the system change required to support health and wellbeing. This means changing from a system that focuses on treating people when they become unwell, to one that is based on promoting wellbeing, preventing ill health and supporting people to maintain wellbeing and lead healthier lives.
