Motive is a AAA video game development studio established in 2015, and located in Montreal, Quebec. The studio is part of Electronic Arts studio network and has worked on action-adventure licenses. Motive supported the solo campaign on Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II and was the lead developer of Star Wars™: Squadrons and the Dead Space™ remake. The team is currently working on what's next for Battlefield™ and the upcoming Iron Man™ game. At Motive, we encourage innovation and calculated risk-taking in our approach to game development. We put significant emphasis on creating safe spaces through our practices and a culture that offers our teams the freedom, autonomy, and time to innovate where it matters. All of this in search of unique experiences, in search of fun. Our offices are located in the heart of downtown Montreal, at the foot of the heritage site and popular park Mount-Royal. The studio also welcomes members of our Frostbite engine team, and Search for Extraordinary Experiences Division (SEED).
