We understand developers need good tools and a good working environment to do a great job, which is why we focus on providing state-of-the-art hardware and quality ergonomic workstations which team members have relocated to their homes. Our small business and entrepreneurial background also allow us to understand the demands and responsibilities in one's personal life, which is why we can provide flexible work hours when appropriate.We have a number of project teams that conduct daily stand-ups. Code reviews and client workshop sessions are essential to our Agile process. We believe that learning doesn't stop and encourage our people to put their hands up if there are conferences or events that they believe will help grow their knowledge.
