Houston Process and Design (HPD) is a custom manufacturer of ASME Section VIIIDivision 1 code pressure vessels. Our capabilities include vessel design, fabrication,machine services, painting, inspection and non-destructive testing. HPD maintains all aspects of machining requirements in house utilizing our full service machine shop. We also have a fully staffed strainer basket department to construct strainer baskets for vessels fabricated in house as well as for vessels fabricated by others.We are conveniently located in Northeast Houston in the close proximity of the 610 loop and Homestead road.
