Adam's previous experience includes working for Noble House Hotels, Hyatt Hotels and Fairmont Hotels in single and multi-unit high volume Director of Purchasing positions. Adam has a culinary background and has over twenty years of experience in hotel and restaurant purchasing. FoodXpertise provides a fully monitored, audited purchasing program without compromising quality. We customize buying programs for hotels, restaurants and foodservice establishments with quality and dependable foodservice vendors in your area. FoodXpertise can assist hotels with their housekeeping supplies, room amenities, paper supplies, foodservice equipment and many other areas of the hotel operation.
