And our emergency room consistently receives high marks for patient satisfaction.The Good Health Center provides an array of free and low-cost diagnostic screenings, educational seminars and preventive medicine services for the community. The MedStar Good Samaritan Nursing Center offers a full range of nursing care and rehabilitative services for seniors that is coordinated by a staff of personal physicians, nurses, social workers, dietitians and physical, occupational and speech therapists. Other options are available at the Belvedere Green and Woodbourne Woods facilities which provide independent living services and long-term care for seniors. These locations offer spacious, rent-subsidized apartments include all the services you would expect as well as extra amenities.MedStar Good Samaritan is a 246-bed adult care community teaching hospital, with 165 acute care beds, 51 rehab beds and 30 subacute beds. We provide comprehensive services which include intensive and cardiac care units, an expanding number of innovative medical and surgical capabilities, and primary care physicians and specialists who are rated tops in their fields.
