The Primex Family of Companies (PFOC) is a privately held, three-division strong business focused on applying current and developing future technologies for our products - ensuring customers' lives are easier, safer and more convenient. We got our start in 1972 when Fred and Karen Koermer founded Klockit, selling clocks and clock parts to local businesses and hobbyists out of their kitchen (talk about a challenging work environment!) Today, Klockit, AcuRite and Primex (formerly Primex Wireless) are all part of the PFOC Family, calling scenic Lake Geneva, Wisconsin home, we also have an office in Hong Kong where all our ideas come to life!
