The mission of Massachusetts Partnerships for Youth, Inc. (MPY) is to promote youth health and safety. MPY provides training and resources; and collaboration with professionals from schools, public safety entities, community and governmental organizations, and other organizations which serve and protect youth. Massachusetts Partnerships for Youth, Inc. promotes safe and supportive learning environments and communities. MPY addresses student health and safety in four dimensions – physical, social, emotional and academic. Focusing on providing training on the development of social and emotional learning (SEL), MPY uses a strength-based model of skill-building and fosters partnerships within schools and between school-based and community-based professionals.
