The Diversity Gap's mission is to develop race conscious leaders and teams through coaching, facilitation, and care. We lead cohorts, teach courses, and create coaching experiences for non-profit and organizational leaders. We also facilitate long-terms partnerships with organizations seeking to embody their values for racial equity and justice.
