Inward Office, established in 2006, delivers wellness classes at work for employee resilience and stress management. Yoga, meditation, fitness, and self-massage classes all integrate a mindful & interoceptive approach. Taught virtual and in-person in Western NY. Help employees complete the stress cycle, find new tools for resilience, and perform better through tangible techniques.We deliver educational lunch and learns, technique based workshops and weekly classes in a variety of styles. We are especially skilled at working invisibly to fulfill your goals with your corporate wellness program. Since 2006 years we have worked closely with wellness teams to set up classes that target the populations you are concerned about: employees with poor postures, lower back pain, SAD and emotional distress, high stress, or who are sedentary.
