K.Doll Koatings takes metal from a raw material to a fully fabricated and coated product in just a short time. Providing a high quality product and excellent customer service in surface preparation and protective coatings, we serve the commercial construction, agricultural, transportation, and manufacturing industries. We provide a full line of protective coatings for a variety of customers in diverse industries. Our 40,000 sq.ft. facility is outfitted with two 5 ton and two 10 ton overhead cranes allowing us to handle any size job from small weldments to giant tractor trailer rigs. The certifications we have include ISO 9001, American Certified Welders (AWS), and Canadian Welding Certified (CWB). We also have a sandblasting area, a paint booth, a fabrication shop, and electrical and wood working shop making us capable of satisfying any of our customer's requests.K.Doll Koatings provides custom, modular building to include tool cribs, job trailers, and safe secure spaces. Working with you, we determine what your requirements are and fabricate your structure to fit your needs. If you just need one fabricated structure, we are able to customize that large item you need for your business. The safe secure spaces are built to specifications to protect people from the possibility of explosions at refinery sites, construction projects, and military locations. These structures meet stringent safety standards and provide NIJ3 ballistics ratings for military purposes. Our sandblasting department allows us to remove rust, mill scale, contaminates, and old coatings from the metal surface, preparing the surface for a smooth coat of paint. Our paint booth facility offers a wide variety of paintings and coatings to meet each customer's needs. We can paint almost anything. A few things we've painted include large and small fabricated substructures, cargo containers, trailers, bulldozers, backhoes, front loaders, dump trucks, trash containers, cranes, and cement trucks.
