Our organisation offers young adults the opportunity to re-train and develop their skills within the working environment through a 26 week programme. Our vision is to bridge the gap for individuals aged 25 and under from leaving education or unemployment and securing full time employment. At Synapse, we instill good working practices, arrange suitable placements and turn out enthusiastic people with Apprenticeships in Customer Service. Our 26 week programme is split into two phases; the first 13 weeks gives the learner the opportunity to gain real customer service experience and attain a Level 2 apprenticeship in Customer Service in a controlled and supported environment. The second phase of the programme incorporates a 13 week work placement where they gain a second apprenticeship that is specific to their work placement sector.
