Plumb Tite is a service based plumbing company that is family owned and operated. Our mission statement clearly articulates that we will "provide each and every customer with a truly exceptional plumbing experience. We will accomplish this by delivering the highest quality products, services, and customer relations in the industry at affordable and fair prices."​ We are a very different type of service provider in general, as we have employed the practice of offering No Service Charge whatsoever. This literally means we book and come to each and every appointment with the idea that we MUST earn your business before you commit a dime to us. If you do not believe we have done so, we thank you for your time and ask that you consider us in the future if you have another need. No gimmicks, no pressure --- just the idea that you shouldn't have to commit $75 to $100 in a service fee simply because we arrived. We think you deserve more and we are confident that our superior customer service, expert plumbers that are exceptional in communicating solutions and options and by being the most ethical and honest service provider will help us earn your trust and business. These things have continued to help us grow to the point where we are one of the largest and most respected service providers in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana.
