We specialize in custom High-Pressure Homogenizer systems that are designed to provide process benefits such as multiple-feed metering, in-line continuous and semi-continuous mixing, improved particle sizes, cycle time reductions and labor reduction. Sonic also manufactures Colloid Mills and Grinding Mill systems used in the chemical industry for processing lubricants, greases, clays and bentonite. Lengthy batch processes where operators transfer materials to mix tanks by weight and mix in the tank are eliminated. The mix tank is removed and our Blending System accurately meters various materials from bulk and blends in the pipe as a storage tank is filled or a filling line is fed. We also manufacture custom Process Skids and Pumping Skids for a variety of uses such chemical injection, chemical metering, material transfer, high-pressure pumping and more.
