We do not have a retail mortgage operation. Mortgage programs include Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA Rural Development and MHDC First Time Homebuyer and rural outreach initiatives. Low and zero down payment programs. Access to down payment assistance grants, low and moderate income programs. Non traditional and affordable housing initiatives. MISC is an Associate Member of the Kansas Bankers Association, Missouri Bankers Association and Oklahoma Bankers Association.
