With two locations in Gilbert, Arizona, we specialize in the following areas.1. The manufacture of all types and classes of molds, specializing in top-of-the-line Class 101 molds for the medical industry.2. Custom injection molding for all industries at our ISO 9001-2015 certified injection molding facility in Gilbert, with a special emphasis on medical injection molding. This includes proof of principle trials and any size production run, from several hundred pieces to millions of pieces. Moldworx can perform two-shot molding, over-molding, insert molding, part decorating and finishing, secondary handling, packaging, order receipt, shipping, and billing for its customers. Moldworx will perform these functions using the customer's molds and equipment or molds and equipment built by Moldworx.3. Design and manufacture custom automation solutions. Moldworx typically takes on projects for its customers that other companies have deemed too small, too difficult or have declared the project as "cannot be done". We habitually think "outside of the box", enjoy the challenge, are tenacious in our approach to designing and building a solution. We employ the latest technologies, including technologies, mechanisms and hardware, and software and controls. We have created assembly, inspection, serialization, and packaging conceptual solutions for the medical and drug delivery industry, then designed, built, and qualified these systems for medical and drug delivery corporations worldwide. Most companies specialize in one of the three areas described above. Moldworx is unique in that it has expertise in all three areas and uses this expertise to provide a complete, polished, one-stop solution, saving the customer time and money while greatly reducing the possibility of integration error.
