The firm's research analysts had strong technical backgrounds, as well as experience on both the buy- and sell-side. Their unbiased fundamental research was leveraged by a first class sales and trading capability staffed by veterans who know technology as well as execution. The firm was co-founded in 2002 by Richard Prati and Curt Snyder. We included a group of professionals who worked together for years at an established technology research boutique.
