Chilly Billy's Ice Cream specializes in Novelty Ice Cream Products served from our truck or push cart. Our push cart is available for rentals and holds up to 700 ice cream novelties. It has mechanical holding plates so it can be left unplugged for up to 6 hours. Our line-up includes selections from Good Humor, Perry's, Blue Bunny, Klondike, and more!We cater to company picnics, employee appreciations, food truck rodeo's, graduation and birthday parties, ice cream socials, school functions, fundraisers, grand openings, sporting events and any other situation where ice cream is needed.
