The District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU) helps residents and businesses in DC use less energy, save money, and cut greenhouse gas emissions. Since 2011, the DCSEU has delivered rebates, technical assistance, and information to tens of thousands of District renters, homeowners, and businesses, helping them to save millions of dollars on their energy costs.
