2DB Engineering, Fabrication & Maintenance is a family owned business located in Gracemere Qld, 10 minutes drive from Rockhampton. 2DB began in November 2015 and was originally owned and operated by David Bott and Dane Barrett who have a combined 20 plus years of experience in Boilermaking, Fabrication and Structural Weld repairs to heavy earth moving equipment. Since July 2018, 2DB is now solely operated by David Bott and he has welcomed Jason Catling to the team as the Operations Manager. Jason brings a wealth of resource and asset management experience from a varied background including mining maintenance, and he is eager to ensure that all 2DB customers are receiving the most cost effective and timely maintenance solutions for their maintenance requirements. Currently we have a workforce of 19 persons, consisting of Management, Administration, Trade Technicians and Apprentices. Adding to this, is 12 x fully equipped Mobile Boilermaking vehicles and 5 x light vehicles.At 2DB Engineering, Fabrication & Maintenance we pride ourselves in being able to provide a personal service with excellent product knowledge and high quality results allowing us to remain at the top of our game in the heavy fabrication industry.
