Peer Educator Network (PEN) is a non- governmental and non-profitable youth organization that aims to contribute towards creating a community where youth are mobilized and empowered to act as agents of social change for an inclusive society. PEN has the status of an NGO working all over Kosovo, with headquarters in Prishtina. PEN has a hierarchical structure with 15 workers and its board of directors. PEN is active in 29 municipalities in Kosovo and has more than 1500 volunteers/peer educators, which are represented by Municipal Coordinators at PEN Council.
