MyTaxMD is a California company that grew out of a one-man tax practice started in 1975. It is comprised of Enrolled Agents who are tested and licensed by the Internal Revenue Service. Only attorneys, CPAs and Enrolled Agents may represent taxpayers before the IRS in matters of taxation at all levels, including audit, collection matters, and appeals. While MyTaxMD prepares all types of tax returns -- individual, partnership, corporation, trust, fiduciary, gift, estate, and tax exempt returns -- that is just the foundation for the real work, which is developing a partnership with each client to find the tax planning strategies that work best for each person's unique situation.
