We support the full compliance with all related national and local laws including the Americans with Disability Act (ADA, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101), the Fair Housing Act (FHA, 42 U.S.C. §§ 360), the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA, 49 U.S.C. § 41705) and the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. § 791, 793, 794).ADR strongly discourages the fraudulent representation of any personal pets as a protected medical assistance animal. ADR does not offer database registration for assistance animals.
