The Alzheimer's Association Cleveland Area Chapter provides support and resources to individuals suffering from memory loss, and their families, in a five-county region of northeast Ohio including Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain counties. Services are provided free of charge. The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. The disease currently affects more than five million American adults and is the 6th leading cause of death in the country.
