Its owners have been in charge of the Puerto Rico Metropolitan Area Transportation System (a. Heavy Rail - Tren Urbano Project - Siemens Transportation Team Contract, b. Metrobus Service I - FirstTransit Contract, c. Ferry Services - Maritime Transportation Authority, d. Metrobus Service II, Regular Bus Routes Service and Paratransit Service - Metropolitan Bus Authority) and also were responsible for the policy making and the implementation of a long range transportation plan for Puerto Rico. Their experience in policy making and in transportation mode coordination and operation allowed them to build a network of relationships with the federal government, congressional staff, transportation associations and foundations, and the best companies in the sector located in Europe, the United States, Latin America and other areas.
