We select vendor partners who share our same manufacturing philosophy centered on quality construction, attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship and delivering maximum customer value while providing their employees a safe work environment and promoting equal opportunity for all. Our relationships with our local partners are as strong as our kiln-dried hardwood frames (which carry a lifetime warranty).Our direct sales channel, Carrington Court Direct (carringtoncourtdirect.com), is a pioneer in online "made-to-order" home furnishings and will be celebrating 20 years on the web in 2017. We continually strive to improve the customer experience of the Direct platform with a focus on ease of use and maximizing customer choice. We will continue to enhance this platform even as we grow more traditional channels.
