Videa helps organizations to benefit from the collective intelligence of crowds for the development and improvement of their product, service and operations. It brings together: * Organizations, who want to interact and collect ideas from a wider crowd (i.e. employees, dealers, suppliers or general public) and,* Creative people who like to use and improve their skills by pitching ideas on given projects and ideation contests. We believe an innovative and creative idea may come from anybody anywhere within the society. Academic studies indicate it's more likely to come from those unusual groups and therefore advise to increase outreach during the idea collection process. It's also proven that a focused project -compared to a broader one- will generate better ideas, especially if performed within a short period of time without loosing crowd's interest. However most organizations do not have enough resources and processes to handle such. Custom made system solutions would be too expensive and social media clearly is not the right tool for ideation, with limited control and risks. This is where Videa comes in the picture with its carefully crafted process, combining the power of mobile technology and big data processing algorithms. When coupled with an unbiased internal evaluation process, this recipe enables organizations to include wider communities within their internal development processes in a safe environment.
