Lakeview Energy is a renewable energy company based in Chicago with investments in biofuels, agribusiness, and wind energy. The biofuels division holds investments in two ethanol biorefineries located in Merrill, Iowa and Coshocton, Ohio. Both plants combine to produce 500 million liters of biofuel, 300,000 tons of distillers grains and 11 million liters of corn oil. In addition, the biofuels division has recently acquired a biodiesel facility in Moberly, Missouri. The plant is capable of producing 10 million gallons of biodiesel and 4,000 tons of glycerin.Lakeview Grains, through its elevator in Lilly Chapel, Ohio, markets 35,000 tons of corn and 55,000 tons of soybeans annually.
