EdConnective drives student achievement through instructional coaching wherever and whenever it's needed, empowering teachers to go from good to great, and great to amazing. We deliver instructional coaching virtually not out of necessity, but because it's highly effective. Instructional coaching through EdConnective has been virtual since its inception over 6 years ago, enabling us to match the right coach with the right teacher at the right time. Through interactive training for large groups, small group coaching, and 1:1 intensive coaching, EdConnective meets teachers where they are, giving them a 3rd party partner to support them in what they truly need without the evaluative nature of internal observation and feedback.
